With over 4 million users, the company recently recorded a mile stone as app reportedly processed about 9 million transactions worth over $1 billion. The service according to the company provide as safe and secure means of bank transaction at the comfort of your finger print.
The app which is available to both Android and iOS platform offer users the opportunity to transfer money instantly either locally or across Africa using Ecobank Rapidtransfer™. The app also makes it possible for users to transfer funds to local bank accounts, mobile wallets and also to Visa cardholders using Visa Direct.
Ade Ayeyemi, Ecobank Group CEO revealed that the company uses mobile banking to deliver innovative, efficient and cost-effective services to customers. The Ecobank boss said;
