Earlier in August of this year, telecom giant MTN launched a new data called the MTN mPulse. The Plan, according to the company, is targeted at the Pre-Teens and Teens between the ages of 9-15 years. MTN launched the mPulse data offer, after shocking many with a reduction in its Night Data Plan.
It seems that the company is not done yet, as it has once again shocked many by making a reduction to the new MTN mPulse data. The new move is coming after the company revisited its Night Data Plan. Just days ago MTN reviewed its popular night plan by allocating more data volume. Whether its plan to do the same to the mPulse data plan, is still a mystery.
The new mPulse data plan will now see subscribers getting 100MB data for N50 instead of 350MB. Also the validity period of the 1.2GB data plan has been changed to 14 days, after its volume was reduced to just 350MB. See new data bundle volume below.
MTN mPulse Previously Data Volume
- 350MB data for N50. Valid for 7 days
- 1.2G data for N150. Valid for 30 days
MTN mPulse New Data Volume
- 100MB data for N50. Valid for 7 days
- 350MB data for N150. Valid for 14 days
It could be recalled that the mPulse package was launched with a mouthwatering offer, but was limited to mPulse website. After its launched, the package provided us with a lot of free browsing cheat in the house. While we wait to see if MTN will make a U-turn in its decision, we must say, it was fun while it lasted.
