Xiaomi brand is a household name in China, when it comes to smartphones and other tech related items. The Chinese company may not officially be here in Nigeria, but its presence is growing by the day. It has launched some amazing smartphones Xiaomi Redmi 5A, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro and many more.
The company is set to launch its first Android Go phone, according to details revealed from recent listing. Known as the Xiaomi Redmi Go, the device has been certified with Singapore’s IMDA, the US’ FCC and Russia’s EEC. Xiaomi Redmi Go was listed sporting the model number M1903C3GG.
Specs detail of the listing shows that the Xiaomi Redmi Go will be featuring a dual-SIM slot, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 and most likely, 1GB RAM. As per the OS, the smartphone will be running on Android 9 Pie (Go Edition) operating system. The phone could carry a screen smaller than 6-inches and a dimension of 141 x 71 mm. From the certifications Xiaomi Redmi Go is expected to be sold in Russia, USA and Singapore. Price of the device should likely be around €100.
