A report reveals that the Black Shark 2 Pro is set to go live on July 30th. While the launched dated has been set, we now have the specification details thanks to AnTuTu benchmarks. The phone was listed with the model number ‘BlackShark DTL-A0, and is said to feature a Full HD+ display. Just like its predecessor, the phone will come with a 6.39-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen.
It will be powered by a Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC, paired with a massive 12GB RAM. For storage, the phone will pack a 256GB storage, while it will run on Android 9.0 (Pie) operating system. The upcoming Black Shark 2 Pro scored 405598 points in the AnTuTu benchmark. The predecessor 375592 points, which shows an increase of 8%.
The breakdown shows the CPU scores has increased by 3.3%, the GPU scores have also increased by 14.7%, and the MEM score has increased by 11.7%, while the UX scores don’t have much change according to AnTuTu.
It is believed that the device could feature liquid cooling 3.0 improvements, while retaining the 48-megapixel rear camera along with a 12-megapixel telephoto lens for 2x optical zoom and the 20-megapixel front camera. More details will be revealed after the official launching coming on the July 30th.
