Users of Verizon Galaxy S9 can not update to Android 10 as Samsung has started rolling out the update with One UI 2.0. The Update comes over-the-air (OTA) and brings some new features including the February 2020 security patch. It has a software version of QP1A.190711.020.G960USQU7DTA8.
It could be recalled that the Galaxy S9 was launched running on Android Oreo 8.0.0 operating system. It sports a 4GB RAM with an internal storage capacity of 64GB. The phone has a battery capacity of 3,000 mAh, with support for Wireless charging.
The Verizon Galaxy S9 came with a 5.8-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity Display, and has a resolution of 2960 x 1440. It is fueled by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon SDM845 processor. The phone was launched with Midnight Black, Lilac Purple and Coral Blue colour options. The rear camera of the phone was 12MP, while the front has an 8MP selfie shooter.
