This year’s NPower Recruitment 2020 has begun and the portal officially opens June 26, 2020. The program which was designed to help reduce youth unemployment, has already enrolled over 450,000 beneficiaries, will be accommodated a total of 400,000 beneficiaries this year. This was made known via a post on its official social media handle that reads;
This week, the N-Power portal will re-open for registration. 400,000 beneficiaries will be taken from the application pool.
What is Npower?
This is a developmental program initialled by the Nigerian government to help reduce unemployment in the country. According to the organizers, the program was set up, to address the challenge of youth unemployment by providing a structure for large scale and relevant work skills acquisition and development while linking its core and outcomes to fixing inadequate public services and stimulating the larger economy.
It is a two year program and all selected applicants will receive a monthly stipend for the 2 years. Selected applicants will be notified via the contact info provided.
